USAA Question

I am new to the community and need a little help. I have had Quicken since 2000. It seems every time there is an upgrade there are numerous glitches. I have USAA. I was able to reauthorize after multiple attempts and working with tech support. Now every time I sync the account all of my previous transactions for the last 2 months or so categories have disappeared and I have to rematch them. This issue is not occurring with my other USAA credit card accounts.
