Deactivating Bank Account from Web Connect

Short story, my bank was bought out. I've looked at the tutorials to deactivate the account, delete the bank info and upload new info, but my program does not show the deactivate button like I see on the help topic.

How do I deactivate the account?

Click TOOLS, Account List and click EDIT adjacent to the account.

Click the ONLINE SERVICES button and you'll find your graphic.

thanks NotaCPA, but as you will see on the screenshot provided, there is no button that shows up on my screen once I have navigated to the place that you just described.

What release (Rxx.xx) of Quicken are you using? Help→About Quicken

Also, if subscription, is your subscription active (not expired)?

I have not applied either the R48.8 or R48.9 releases yet, so I can't confirm that they have caused your issue.

You could revert to an eaarlier version by running either of these two patch releases:

R48.8 can be downloaded from https://assistant.quicken.com/patch/QW27.1.48.8MPatch.EXE

R47.15 can be downloaded from https://assistant.quicken.com/patch/QW27.1.47.15MPatch.EXE

I do know that R47.15 does show the deactivate selection for a Web Connect connection in my data file.

Make a Windows Explorer copy of your data file before running either patch just to be safe.

FWIW, I'm running 48.9 and have an Web Connect investment account that shows the deactivate button.
