Chase credit card balance mismatch

I frequently see mismatches between Quicken's balance and the online balance from Chase (and it shows this during the update). The institution's version is obviously the number I want instead of Quicken's incorrect one. Sometimes I can see there are 'pending' charges, sometimes I can't find the difference. I just want the right balance to show and be totaled into the bottom net number. Is there some way to get that, or an official way to report the bug to Quicken?
