edit columns in split transactions

two problems:
- cannot change order of columns for the individual entries in a split transaction;
- cannot delete columns (e.g., "Tags" and "Transfers") from individual entries in a split transaction. ("Tags" and "Transfers" are unchecked in "columns" and do not appear in the overall summary line for the split transaction but still appear in the individual entry section once the "split" is expanded. Since I don't use either one of those columns, I have to tab over two blank columns to get to the amount column. Big waste of time.
