Pentagon Federal transactions not downloading

The transactions from Pentagon Federal are not downloading the past few days. The downloaded balance is correct and reflects the transactions not downloaded, but no transactions are downloading. The banner at the top of the account page and the OSU summary indicates the FI data is downloading, but the transactions are not showing in Quicken. There is no error message. Tried resetting accounts, but no luck. Tried adding PFCU to a new "test" file which found the accounts, but only added the current balance as a beginning balance with no transactions (even those during this past week.) Only my Money Market account had any transaction history included in the new account setup in the test file.

Thank you for reaching out to the Community and telling us about your issue. I'm sorry to hear you're running into this problem. When you say the OSU summary indicates the FI data is downloading, do you mean it is telling you that a specific number of transactions downloaded, but you're not seeing them in your register?
