Chase - [Update Now] - not Downloading Transactions

I have four accounts at Chase and when I went to UPDATE NOW (on 3/18) only four transactions on one of the accounts downloaded and they were all dated March 17th. Transactions from the period 1/27 to 3/16 did not download on this account and no transaction from the other three accounts were downloaded.

Before I can further assist you, I require some more information. What types of accounts are these (Checking, saving, credit card, etc)? Do you receive any error codes or messages when attempting to download transactions? What exactly occurs? How long has this issue been occurring?
