(Auto) Done Message in Quicken

I am getting the attached error in quicken. I cannot delete the bills or edit or skip them.

This just recently started. I have tried validating the file, saving it restarting it and I downloaded the most recent updates and installed them.

    Thank you for reaching out to the Community and telling us about your issue.  I'm sorry to hear you're running into this problem. When you are trying to delete, edit, or skip the bill, what does it do? Is there any pop up or message?
