Bank of American connection broken

I have seen people complaining about the same issue I am having with B of America transactions not downloading for several months now. Never see an actual fix posted. Is this problem being corrected and why has support not sent out anything about it?

Before I can further assist you, I require some more information. What is your connection method with Bank of America? You can see the connection method by navigating to Tools > Account List. Do you receive any error codes or messages when attempting to download transactions? What exactly occurs?
