Trying to upload bank transactions. Keep getting a "transactions not verified" message. I have the .qfx file and have also saved it as a text file. Can someone look at the file to see why it is not uploading?

confused on your "upload" wording ….

so - to clarify …..
Are you manually downloading a QFX file from your online bank website - if so, which bank ?
Next - are you then trying to manually "Import" that QFX file into Quicken - and that's when the error happens ?

Lastly - what version …. Help —> About Quicken
