Unable to Add Fidelity or Chase to My Online Access

    I have spent hours online with Quicken support to no avail. I cannot add Fidelity or Chase to my online access for downloading transactions. I get to the point where Quicken is attempting to download transactions but never completes the process. Support has tried numerous attempts to solve the issue but none has worked. Ultimately they informed me that this is a known issue and they are working on it but they do not have a timetable to a solution. Previously these two acccounts were working properly. The problem appeared when I had to reset the accounts.
