Downloading Discover Card transactions fails the first time, succeeds the second time

Ever since moving from direct connect to the new standard, each time I try to download my Discover Card transactions, it always fails the first time with an error but succeeds the second time I try. I have submitted a support ticket MANY times and nothing has changed. It's very frustrating that everything was working fine for years and now they've broken what was previously working…
