CC-800 with Citizens Access and Discover

Recieving the dreaded CC-800 also. Started with my Citizens Access account on Mar, 15 and today added 2 Discover banking accounts. After attempting to fix the Discover accounts, it returns the Activate OSU msg box and the only action available is "Don't add to Quicken"
The datafile was NOT restored from backup. Following instructions in the article "Error Message When Updating Accounts: CC-800" does NOT resolve the issue. Validate and Repair does NOT resolve the issue. Resetting cloud data does NOT resolve the issue.

I've tried a few more things and got the Discover accounts to connect again. The Discover checking balance was off and tracing back to Dec-2019 added a balance adjustment to correct that issue.
Creating a copy of my datafile will allow me to connect my Citizens access account but then fails to connect my Capital One accounts so not sure anything is really gained by that….
Had this same issue in Oct-2022 and it magically corrected itself. Support did not have any answers at that time either so not sure that will help.
I'll keep reporting the problem (hopefully others are reporting also) and maybe tech team will address if it gets enough visibility.
Thank you for your response.
