Can not open old Quicken 2020 data file

When trying to open my old Quicken 2020 data file to access some old recordeds, I am blocked from viewing anything until I subscribe. Quicken always guaranteed you would be allowed to access your old Quicken files when it moved everyone onto this subscription Quicken software version.

    What Q product are you using to open that file? Is it expired?

    what version .. Starter, Deluxe, Premiere

    And release & status …
