Organize order of category groups in budget tab

Please add the ability to organize the list of category groups in the "budgets tab" view in Quicken for Windows. I added several category groups for my budget, and they display in alphabetical order. I can only customize how they are displayed in the budgets tab by adding an A, B, C in front of the categroy group name. I would be nice to just drag them into a specific order. Thanks!
