Cannot connect to E*Trade account (Q Mac)
I am selecting E*Trade Bank (us.etrade.com) and do not have 2-factor enabled. I get an error:
Care Code: FDP-107
Timeout. User Needs to Select FI E*Trade for accessing Investment Accounts
E*Trade is unable to help. What's the issue and how do I fix it?

That error message is telling you that you're using the wrong connection. E*Trade Bank doesn't work for investment accounts. You would want to use Quicken E*Trade to connect investment accounts.
