Add secondary Y axis on the Home Dashboard Net Worth Graph

There needs to be a secondary Y axis for Liabilities. It shows as a virtually flat straight line. This isn't really helpful. With the secondary Y axis on the right of the graph, the line can more appropriately show the ups and downs.
