Don't show hidden accounts by default on 'Calendar Accounts'

When in the calendar, under Options, you can select which accounts you want displayed. This shows all accounts both hidden and not hidden. It would be great to only show the action (not hidden) by default and allow the user to select 'View Hidden Accounts' if they wanted to.
