Why are all of my transactions duplicating?

I switched to Quicken online in 2021. I wasn't paying super close attention to things and now as I go back to reconcile everything I'm finding all my transactions as duplicated (sometimes triplicated). Why is this happening?

    There is NO Q Online. The Q Mobile app is an adjunct to the desktop product and not a standalone.

    Perhaps, do you mean Quickbooks Online?
