Manual input of dividends in investment accounts

I have subscription to Quicken Deluxe on my desktop, my primary computer. Using it, on desktop, I am able to manually enter (AND WANT TO DO IT THAT WAY) transactions of dividends etc. line by line, on proper dates etc.
I now have Microsoft Tablet and I can't get Quicken Deluxe app on it. When I go to sign in from the website, I see my accounts, but I cannot make any entries in my investment accounts as I do it on my desktop.
Do you have or can create a link that will make it possible for me to do "All I do" on desktop also my Microsoft tablet? If you do not have a product now, Can you please let me know when you do? I am not opposed to pay for the extra feature.
