ONGOING 11/28/23 US Bank - Missing Transactions (EWC+)

Our teams have discovered that users are experiencing cases of missing transactions with their US Bank (EWC+) accounts. Please follow the instructions below and first save a backup.

  1. Deactivate all the accounts associated with US Bank.
  2. Navigate to US Bank's website, (, look for third-party apps, and unlink Quicken.
  3. After the accounts are unlinked, return to Quicken, and attempt to Add the US Bank accounts by using the "+" button.

If the issue persists, reset the cloud:


  1. Click on "Edit"
  2. Select "Preferences"
  3. Go to the "Mobile & Web" tab
  4. Click on "Reset Cloud"


  1. Click on "Quicken" in the top left corner, next to the Apple logo.
  2. Select "Settings"
  3. Go to the "Connected Services" tab
  4. Click on "Reset"

This has been escalated internally, though we do not have an ETA at this time.
