Is anyone having problems getting transactions downloaded from Chase?

    To better assist you further, please specify exactly which kind of problems you are having with Chase.

    Are you receiving any specific error code(s) and/or message(s) while trying to connect that you can provide us with here, please? Or are you simply not able to download, but One Step Update still appears successful?

    yeah - there was an issue with CC-601 errors, but you didn’t mention anything - and you also posted in the Quicken On The Web section, which would imply you were having probs using that portal.
