Can't download from most of my accounts!

I'm on Windows Classic, Business & Personal, V R53.32, with a valid subscription.

About 5 weeks ago downloads stopped: when I tried the program froze and had to be stopped with Task Manager.

It happens with almost all my accounts (Chase, Capital One), except one of 2 at Fifth 3rd.

    Further info:

    Every time the program asks for the Quicken Vault password. Progress stops at a window called "One Step Update Progress". The Task Manager shows Quicken still operating and using CPU resources, but the program must be restarted.
