USBank Checking/Savings

Options

Since 2/19, USBank Checking/Savings download to Quicken Classic is not bringing transactions in properly:

Transactions downloaded via OneStepUpdate display out of chronological date order as scheduled transactions in the register appear before downloaded transactions:

3/21/2024 $xx.xx (scheduled future transaction)
2/21/2024 $xxx.xx (downloaded transaction)
2/22/2024 $xxxx.xx (downloaded transaction)

I've reset, deactivated, deleted downloaded transactions, re-download.
Problem persists.

USBank online support representative understood, and pointed me to Intuit/Quicken support
Anyone else?

    How is that 3/21 txn scheduled? In Q, or a payment of some sort at USB itself?

    Also, which download method from USB are you using? Direct Connect, Express Web Connect, Web Connect?

    It's a scheduled quicken transaction, not a USB Payment/etc.
    Using Express Web Connect +

    BUT, if it's not a USB transaction …. how is it downloading? Seems that it would already be in your Q account and you're just showing future dated txn in the account.

    @thedon - the out of sequence transactions look like they are reminder transactions that you show in your register. If so, have you tried turning them off, exiting the register, return to the register, and then turning them back on again?
