Pinnacle Financial Partners Not updating

When I try to download transactions for Pinnacle Financial Partners, it says it updated but had no transactions. I reset that account multiple times and have gone on their website to authorize Quicken to allow the bank to be linked to my Quicken. Still no luck.

    Hello @Mike_Phillips,

    If you haven't already, I suggest you try signing out of your data file completely and then signing back in to refresh the registration token for your Online Connected Services. However, I do recommend that you first save a backup file prior to performing these steps.

    1. Navigate to Edit
    2. Preferences...
    3. Quicken ID & Cloud accounts
    4. Click Sign in as a different user (or it might say Sign in using a different Quicken ID)
    5. Follow the prompts to Sign Out
    6. Sign back in using your Quicken ID (email) and password

    Once that is done, see if the issue still continues to persist.

    I have tried that, but still no effect. Also my credit card at chase has now stopped updating

    Now all of my credit cards, investment accounts and bank accounts are requiring me to authorize my accounts for the 3rd time. Which some work an some don't.

    I have been a quicken user for over 20 years and never experienced this. Is this a global problem?
