CLOSED 6/7/24 UCBI United Community - "Sorry. We encountered an error."

Our teams have discovered that users with UCBI United Community are receiving a Care Code: 2000 in Quicken for Mac and "Sorry. We encountered an error. (It's not your fault.)" in Quicken for Windows.

This has been escalated internally, though we do not have an ETA at this time.
