    IMO the cleanest way to install QWin on your new computer is to log into your Quicken.com account. You can download the installation file from there and it will install the version you are subscribed to and will already registered so no activation is needed.

    Which version (Help→About Quicken xx.xxx)? The instructions are different depending on version.
