RESOLVED 10/2/24 OPTUM Bank / OptumHealth Bank - HSA - FDP-103 / CC-503

We have identified that users with OPTUM Bank and OptumHealth Bank - HSA receive a FDP-103 in Quicken for Mac & CC-503 in Quicken for Windows. Optum no longer allows 3rd Party Financial Applications access to account data due to security.

When logged into the FI's site, Optum provides the following statement on their site: "Security update will no longer allow financial management tools to integrate Optum account details. To better protect you and your data, we are no longer allowing third-party financial management applications (such as Credit Karma and Yodlee) to use your credentials to log in to our systems. As of 8:00 PM CT on 6/21/24 your Optum Financial information will no longer be accessible on those sites."

This has been escalated internally, though we do not have an ETA at this time.

To be notified of updates as they become available, please click the bookmark ribbon located in the upper right. If you do not see the bookmark ribbon, please make sure that you are signed into the Quicken Community.

Thank you!
