Members Advantage Credit Union not listed

I have contacted support several times and they keep telling me that they are adding my financial institution (it's always been available before) but now two months later it still is not listed! They first told me it was working for Windows but not Mac's so they said they fixed it but it still does not work.

    Hello @mikeElk,

    Could you please provide the URL address of this financial institution’s website where you would login in to access your accounts?

    Currently in our Mac financial institution list, we see “Members Advantage Community Credit Union” and “Members Advantage FCU”. Are these different financial institutions?
