UPDATE 9/11/24
TD Bank and our aggregation partner worked tirelessly to rectify the issue, and all erroneous transaction data has been resolved. However, we believe some accounts may be in the small population that was impacted by this issue. If so, some transactions in the Quicken file may need to be manually deleted.
TD Online Banking statements were not impacted by the issue and should be used to compare all account information seen in Quicken. The incorrect transaction data could have been downloaded into Quicken from June 2024 through August 2024. Please review transactions downloaded during this period to verify all data reflected in the Quicken file is current and correct.
If erroneous transactions are identified in Quicken, we advise that you delete them from the account register.
Thank you!
