Additional register column similar to 'Clr' column

It would be beneficial if there was another column available to add to an account register where users can manually check/uncheck transactions for their own reference. Downloaded transactions are automatically checked in the 'Clr' column, preventing users from being able to manually indicate certain transactions using the 'Clr' column

I think dual "Clear-like" columns would be more confusing to users than beneficial. And I think there are a few ways to work with the existing tools:

    1. When I reconcile some of my accounts, the first thing I do is click the Unclear All button, to wipe out all the blue checkmarks; then I can review my bank/credit card statement a transaction at a time, checking Clr for each one, so I can insure Quicken and the statement are exactly in sync.
    2. A different approach is using the Status column to flag transactions which might warrant review. Transactions download with a blue dot or blue pencil, and users can manually clear that status as they review transactions (one at a time or all at once). Then you can manually mark any transaction as "Not Reviewed" so you know to come back to it.

While I understand the request, I think adding a third type of status column will just prove confusing/cumbersome for users.

I think some kind of "flag" column that isn't affected by downloads or reconciliation and is solely set or cleared by the user for their own purposes can be useful. I use flags often with emails to mark individual messages for future attention. In Quicken I can use tags for that kind of thing since I don't use them for anything else, but someone that uses tags instead of categories wouldn't have that option.
