MAJOR QUICKEN MOBILE BUG: Quicken Mobile won’t sync anymore

Starting 2 days ago, Quicken Mobile for iPhone and iPad will no longer sync. The little gear keeps spinning indefinitely… if I leave the app for 20 minutes and come back to it, the little gear is still spinning 20 minutes later. It never stops spinning, and it never syncs. No new transactions from mobile ever sync to or from desktop. Can you guys please fix ASAP?

    What, if any, troubleshooting have you tried so far? Have you already tried uninstalling and reinstalling the Quicken Mobile app from both devices?

    I had too many problems with syncing Quicken Mobile that I decided to not even use it anymore, just Microsoft Desktop only. My issue was everytime it was connected and synced it worked for the iOS devices, but totally messed up my memorized transactions and the categories I had setup on my desktop. It even went as far as messing up older reconciled transactions in my desktop register, blowing away those sub categories. I worked with Quicken on the issue, but after doing the same steps time after time to resolve, I felt I was experiencing the definition of insanity. You know, keep doing the same thing expecting different results.
