Costco Anywhere Visa Card by Citi not searchable to connect as a biller (Simplifi)

I would like to connect this account but am unable to locate it.

    We appreciate you reaching out about this!

    It should pull up under "Costco Citi Anywhere Visa Card". However, please be aware that we are seeing a degraded connection currently for this eBiller, so it may fail to connect at this time. If it is able to connect, be sure that you also have your account set up for automatic transaction downloads, as this particular eBill requires it.

    I connected mine just using the regular Citi Cards entry.

    Oh, sorry, I missed that you were trying to setup an ebill. I thought you were just trying to connect the account for downloads.
