Imported transactions (as a CSV) say success, but do not appear in my transactions

I have tried many times to import my credit card transactions to categorize in my Quicken account. Each time it says the import was a success but still does not show anything in my transactions or the account I tried to import them to. I am getting pretty frustrated because I cannot keep my transactions in order/track my budget as I am building my credit. Please help.

@qknuser123 - FYI, Quicken on the Web is a companion app for Quicken Classic (both for Mac and Windows). Quicken Classic is a desktop-based program and Quicken on the Web allows the user to see and manage some financial data on the Internet that is in the desktop data file.

Quicken Simplifi, on the other hand, is a Cloud-based program. Quicken on the Web is not associated with Quicken Simplifi.

Classic and Simplifi are totally different from each other and are not compatible with each other which is why there are different Support sites for each.
