Quicken support

Quicken has one of, if not, the best support of any product I use. Recently when I call for support I get the automated support and have to try multiple answers to find how to get to a support person. Often I have to make multiple call to get a live support person.

I realize everyone is now using this approach and in my experience 90% of the time it is useless and just degrades support satisfaction.

When dealing with automated phone support I've had a lot of luck with some variation on "I want to talk to a person" (most recently just this week with Elan for help with a credit card issue) though I sometimes have to repeat it a couple times to get through. I haven't had any reason to call Quicken Support, though, so have not tried this with them specifically.

@Fred Brauer for many automated systems, what I have found is if you say "representative" or press zero, it will get a live person.
