UPDATED! 6/17/25 Nationwide Annuity, Insurance or Retirement (401k/403b) accounts FDP-105/CC-505

Our teams have discovered an issue with Nationwide Annuity, Insurance or Retirement (401k/403b) accounts returning an FDP-105 in Quicken for Mac and a CC-505 in Quicken for Windows.

This has been escalated internally, though we do not have an ETA at this time.
