SMARI Survey

Email shows up — not from a Quicken address — asking me to do a survey about Quicken — something I'm happy to do. But this email has all the marks of a very sophisticated phishing scam so I won't do it.
Quicken, if you are listening, I will NEVER click on a link in an email like this. It needs to come FROM a quicken.com address at the very least.

Hello @donramm,
Thanks for reaching out!
This topic has been discussed in this thread here as well.
However, to answer your question, our Marketing team confirmed that SMARI is one of our approved research partners, so the email is legitimate.
Thank you!

So, I completed the survey and never received the promised $10 Amazon Gift Card. Please advise. Thank you.

@GeoffreyRadbill I don't think anyone in this forum can answer your question, so you might want to contact Quicken Support. I don't know if a representative there will have any answers, or even be aware of this survey, but perhaps they can point you in the right direction to pursue it.

I completed a similar survey on troublefreepool.com and never received my supposed Amazon reward. I think I'll stop responding to these scams.
