UPDATE 8/29/25 Quicken Bill Manager - Users getting Simplifi Emails

We’re aware of an issue affecting some Quicken Windows Classic customers after updating to R64.19.


A small number of users are receiving multiple bill reminder emails containing Simplifi messaging, even though they are using Quicken Windows Classic. This is happening for customers who had connected billers set up before upgrading to R64.19.

Our team is actively investigating and working on a solution. We appreciate your patience, and we’ll post updates as soon as we have more information.
