REOPENED 9/23/25 Tangerine - Personal Banking - 103/503 due to a change to login requirements
Tangerine has recently changed how credentials are entered on its website. Instead of using a ‘Client Number’, customers must now log in with a ‘Login ID’. However, when connecting through Quicken, the ‘Client Number’ is still required for the time being. This is causing users to encounter a 103 or 503 when attempting to connect to Tangerine.
This has been escalated internally, though we do not have an ETA at this time.
