Please contact Quicken Support to provide the Console Log so we can determine the cause of the crash. If this is something that can be resolved in the programming, MacDev can look at that solution. If it's not something the program can be made to solve, we can at least help you get past the error.
Received e-mail from Quicken support which solved this problem:
Please open Quicken.
Please Reconstruct the file and then reindex it. Then try to accept the payment. Press command key + Option key + B together and release the keys quickly when you see "Reconstructing Lists" message. Please release the keys immediately.
Re-Index: 1. Please click on the Lists menu--->Accounts 2. Press the COMMAND, OPTION, and B keys on the keyboard simultaneously to reindex your file.
This above was a temporary fix, still continues to crash.
