Quicken Chat Help Worthless

So I have a problem with transactions not appearing on Calendar and I waited over 30 minutes in the chat help queue only to have the "chat request canceled" upon reaching number 1 in the queue.  Not once but twice.

Way to go Intuit

    Which version are you using?  Where is the calandar located (specific tab, area of Quicken)?

    There is a known bug with the calendar in Q2010 that Intuit is working to fix for an upcoming patch.  For example, the transactions will show when viewing the calendar from the main Calendar window but if you're viewing the full calendar from the Home tab the transactions are not displayed.

    Are you missing transactions from the main Calendar window?  (e.g. "Tools" -> "Calendar" from the menu bar)
