J.P. Morgan Clearing Corp. vs. Chase Investment Services Corp. in Quicken Essentials for Mac

Hi all -

Chase has recently migrated its brokerage account from Chase Investment Services Corp. to J.P. Morgan Clearing Corp. and after that I have not been able to download transactions from that account. I got an error saying "account is closed".

I've tried to create a new account but there is no "J.P. Morgan Clearing Corp." from the list of institutions in QEM.

Is anyone here facing the same problem? Any suggestions around this?

Many thanks,

Rodrigo

According to this list of Quicken financial institutions:
    http://web.intuit.com/personal/quicken/details.cfm?type=basic&fidetails=J%2EP%2E%20Morgan%20Clearing%20Corp%2E&qwid=qw1900&qmid=qm1600&qbid=qb2000&qbmid=qbm1900
there is a J.P. Morgan Clearing Corp supporting QEM.

I have a Chase Investment Account and recall they had recently changed my account number as well all it's customers.  I remember calling Chase Investment Services, at the telephone number on the statement, to acquire my new account number.  At the same time, I reset my password.  Your account number and password is the same one used for there automated telephone brokerage system.  As far as my account setup in QE, I still use Chase Investment Services Corp as the Financial Institution in the Account Settings along with my new account number and password.  I hope this helps.
