No longer able to import transactions to Quicken 2007 for Mac

For several months I have been unable to import a downloaded Transactions_Download.qfx file into its normal account in Quicken. Quicken always now tells me that I must create a new account and suggests a name (it will not let me select the existing account that has worked since 2011 and beyond!). I have called the Credit Card company generating the file, and they insist this is a Quicken problem. So, anybody know what is going on? (There is no Direct Download service from this credit card company; transactions must be selected, then downloaded as .QFX file to my Mac, then imported into Quicken; this has worked fine for years, then something, somewhere changed and it no longer works).

    1. Choose command+a to show the account list
    2. Select the offending account and choose edit
    3. In the Settings, change the Download transactions popup to "Not Enabled" Confirm and save.
    4. Repeat the QFX import, and you should be able to link to the above account.
