Just joking around: it appears there is one and only one price for Quicken 2015. There is certainly no discount for Quicken 2007 users; after all, we haven't been feeding the Intuit coffers for about 7-8 years. There is also no discounted price for Quicken Essentials users, who have paid more recently for their interim software.
Same price on Intuit.com, Amazon, and the Apple store at this point.

You might check eBay, as another place to possibly buy.

Well, currently Quicken 2015 for Mac is only available via download. Retail boxed versions are supposed to be out around October, I think I read. I don't think you can find it for less on eBay because there simply is no other source for the software at this point. That may change after boxed copies come out.

If it's any consolation, QWin users don't get a break on their annual subscriptions, er, "upgrades," either. However, you can usually find some discounts (e.g., Costco) if you shop. I fully expect the same when the boxed Mac 2015 ships.
