You will need to update your data to Quicken 2010 or newer format before moving to Quicken 2015 for Mac.
That said, MANY of the features in Quicken Home & Business 2009 do NOT exist yet in Quicken 2015 for Mac. You will want to compare to see if Quicken 2015 meets your needs.
If it does not, you may need to continue to use your old Quicken on your PC, or on your Mac by using a Virtual Machine like Parallels or VMWare Fusion.
