Can not connect to bank since upgrading to quicken 2015 .. stuck on "Resetting account ... " forever

Connectivity problems to bank accounts since upgrading.. none before. I click on fix it and answer questions, then it just is "Resetting account ... " and stick there. Can't get any response from quicken. Have to use task manager to flush quicken, or reboot to try to use quicken again. Aborts any time I try to see my credit score. sends report to quicken every time, but no fix or communication from quicken. 2015 is a piece of [profanity removed] .. I want my money back and instructions to revert back to 2013 version.
