Mobile and Alerts will not turn on so I can sync.

When I try to turn on mobile and alerts so that I can sync with my other devices I get the fowling message.

This Intuit ID was used with another file

Quicken will reassign this Intuit ID to the current file. Any other file using this Intuit ID will no longer sync. (A future release will allow use of a single Intuit ID with multiple files. Stay tuned!)

Then it gives me a choice. Turn off mobile or OK. I click ok and it goes back to same message. It will not sync.

I bought a new Laptop and transferd quicken to it. I have tried everything and can not get the sync to work. Please Help.

I am running Yosemite 10.10

You'll get this message if you setup mobile sync in one copy of your data, then used a different copy of the file with the same Intuit ID (restored a backup, opened an older copy, etc.).

The message should be informational only, and should not prevent you from performing any mobile sync or accounts update.

If you find that you are unable to get past this message, you'll need to Contact Quicken Support for further assistance.
