[duplicate post - 2nd time] Why does Re-print not work?

My copy of Quicken acts oddly.  [I use the latest:  v2.8.1 on my iMac.]  I print the first copy of a check OK.

But when I try to re-print that check (with Reprint in the dialog box, Print Checks – Confirmation), I get a blank.  So I must Quit, then re-start Quicken.  The second copy of the check prints fine, then.  How Strange, yes?

What can I do with this, please?  I live with my iMac hard-wired to the Internet, so being on-line is No Problem.  Thank you.

My bank sent me carbon copies of each check.  I use the carbon copy to ensure that the check will print as I want.

The first copy Prints fine.  But my trouble with re-printing a check remains un-solved as of today, 5 Jan 2016.

I must Close the account & re-Open it.  THEN, the Second Copy of the check prints well.

I wish that Quicken 2016 for Mac would work as-advertised.  Maybe this flaw is a reason to Upgrade to Quicken  2017, where Upgrade = $pend?  Thank you.
