Is there an update due to fix the ol 297-a error?

i get a ol 297-a error whenever I try to update from JSC Federal Credit Union.  I used to be able to use direct connect, but since the last update from quicken, i can only use web connect.  JSC says they have received many complaints and have checked everything on their end and all is as it always was.  They say the error is on your end.  What do I do?

    JSC Federal Credit Union supports Express Web Connect,  Web Connect and Direct Connect.  See this, from the FIDIR.TXT file in Q2016:
