Same problem occurred with me! I had 3 downloaded that all indicated "Pmt Changed", which they did because I had gone online previously and updated those 3 Payees with the current $ due. All my other downloaded transactions were able to be matched with no problem. Just these 3 were not. Program shuts completely down & I have to keep reopening it. I did attempt to "accept" it by going up to the register and "c" it from there, That did work for me. I have 2 left that I guess I'll have to do the same for.
