Invalid date - unable to enter either hyphen or slash - unable to get any reports
Mac OS 10.7.5
Quicken Personal Finance, 16.1.4 (build 23.880.400)
I opened the file up today (having last been in it a couple of weeks ago), and all of the dates are just numbers without either a dash or slash...
so, for example, today (April 1st) is listed as 4113, rather than 4/1/13.
I am unable to backup the file because of the invalid dates. I was able to export a qif -- but if I reopen that, it has the same errors and lots of stuff seems to be missing. (At least, the balances are all way wrong in the list) I tried to re-index, etc, which made no difference.
I have no idea if this is related to the recent upgrade (from 16.1.2 to 16.1.4) - which apparently included issues with dates and downloading from the banks, since that's not something I've ever done.
And, of course, I need to finish off my taxes!
